We listed our house on Recreo with 8 agents in a nonexclusive in San Miguel for 2 years.  We had very little activity and no offers.  After meeting this dynamic couple we listed exclusively with Daniel and Roxana and with their professionalism and constant communication including detailed updates, 3 months later we had a contract.  Daniel and Roxana are the most pleasant and professional real estate team in San Miguel.
